Aldi just announced it will be selling Thanksgiving foods for half price this year. Not only will turkey, mac and cheese, and bread rolls be discounted, but the ingredients to make popular Thanksgiving dishes—like pumpkin pie and sweet potato casserole—will also see a drop in prices. With so many deals to look forward to, the store is giving us yet another fantastic promotion to hop on as we approach the holiday season.
This week, Aldi has a kitchen appliance in its Finds aisle that will be super hard to resist. This versatile gadget will make preparing pumpkin pie a breeze. Plus, it's perfect for making cookie dough for all your holiday cookies and whipping up cream to top all your holiday desserts.
What one appliance does all that and so much more? A stand mixer. Stand mixers can be one of the more expensive countertop appliances in the kitchen. The popular KitchenAid stand mixer often costs over $300 for its most basic option. Cuisinart’s stand mixer is over $200. Not everyone has it in their budget to buy one of the more expensive mixers, but Aldi has a mixer this week that’s just $50. It's a bit simpler in terms of function compared to the more expensive brands, but the features it does have will certainly make all your baking much easier.

Aldi’s Ambiano stand mixer with a tilt head has a 5.3-quart capacity mixing bowl with a splash guard and comes with a detachable flat beater, stainless steel whisk, and dough hook. It also has a digital display that shows the speed setting and continuous processing time, a handy feature some of the more expensive mixers don’t have.
So if you want to make a cinnamon streusel coffee cake for a holiday morning breakfast, and you need to mix the batter for three minutes, the digital display turns on when you start mixing so that you know exactly when the three minutes are up. No need to bust out a timer.
The mixer will go on sale beginning Oct. 23 for one week only, like many of the items in the Finds aisle do. They often sell out before the week is through so if you want to grab this deal just in time for the holidays, then it's best to act quickly.
