The court website said Taylor is facing four charges: 3 charges of assault and battery and one charge of indecent exposure.
His arraignment for all four charges is set for October 30.
According to warrants obtained by ABC13, Taylor is accused of inappropriately touching two women, and another woman said he exposed his genitalia and asked her to perform an oral sexual act and touching her inappropriately as well.
ABC13 spoke to Taylor, who denounced the allegations, claiming they are false.
"All I can say is it's fake news, election interference, it'll all be settled, none of it's true," Taylor said.
Taylor then accused the women of stealing from him.
"It can't be happening, but it's okay. I was going to just let them go, but now I'm not, I'm going to charge them," Taylor said.
ABC13's Brittany Slaughter asked what he would be charging the women with. He was not able to comment.
Taylor said the issues stem from "election interference" and he's not worried.
ABC13 reached out to two of the women who made the accusations. Neither responded to our request for interview.
We previously interviewed Taylor and his mayoral election opponent,Victor Conner, ahead of the election. You can see that coverage HERE.
We asked Conner to weigh in on the allegations against Taylor in light of the election ahead. He said his thoughts and prayers are with the victims who stepped forward but said he would not comment on the situation to "undermine" his opponent.
