The complete series set of the TV comedy "Go On," starring Matthew Perry, will be released on DVD May 23 from Mill Creek Entertainment.
In the 22-episode series, after taking some time to deal with the death of his wife, sportscaster Ryan King (Perry) is ready to push his feelings down and get back to work. However, Ryan's boss (John Cho), preferring that Ryan work through his grief first, refuses to let him back on air until he gets counseling. Reluctantly, Ryan joins a support group, where his lack of interest in healing not only makes therapy interesting but also may just serve as the breath of fresh air needed to get his fellow group members back on track to health.
In addition to Perry and Cho, "Go On" also stars Julie White ("How We Roll,""NCIS: Hawai’i," "Designated Survivor"), Laura Benanti ("Life & Beth," "Gossip Girl," "The Gilded Age"), Brett Gelman ("Stranger Things," "Inside Job," "Strays"), Suzy Nakamura ("Inside Job," "Dead to Me," "Avenue"), Sarah Baker ("The Kominsky Method," "Young Sheldon," "Big Little Lies"), Tyler James Williams ("Abbott Elementary," "Everybody Hates Chris") and Piper Perabo ("Yellowstone," "Billions").
The release is timed for May, which is Mental Health Awareness Month.
