Onslow County's Top 10 Most Wanted: Have you seen them?

The Onslow County Sheriff's Office could use local residents’ help in finding the ten most wanted people in Onslow County.

The OCSO works hard on a daily basis to keep the residents of Onslow County safe, and to keep those who present a danger off the streets. However, every once in a while, suspects manage to avoid capture.

These are the top ten most wanted people by the Onslow County Sheriff's Office.

Eduardo Domingo

On April 14, 2021, OCSO deputies responded to 265 Gregory Fork Road Lot 6 in reference to a domestic-related homicide, according to information provided by the office.

The investigation revealed that Eduardo Domingo, 39, had shot and killed 36-year-old Juan Lopez. Domingo's ex-girlfriend had previously moved out of his home due to domestic violence and was living with Lopez at the time of the shooting.

The OCSO said Domingo felt there was a romantic relationship between Lopez and his ex-girlfriend, leading to the shooting.

Domingo fled the scene in a silver Mazda 3 before deputies arrived. He has ties to South America and the OCSO is being assisted by the United States Marshals Service in locating him so he can be formally charged with murder.

Daniel McKenzie Brockington

Daniel Brockington, 38, is wanted for several domestic-related assaults and shootings in the Maple Hill area, according to the OCSO.

Brockington's pending charges include felony discharge weapon in occupied dwelling/moving vehicle, felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, felony possession of firearm by felon, felony assault inflicting serious bodily injury, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia, felony flee/elude arrest, misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun, misdemeanor assault on a female, felonious restraint and felony assault by strangulation.

The OCSO says Brockington regularly travels between Onslow and Pender counties.

James Richard Allen

James Allen, 60, is wanted by the OCSO for felony conspiracy, felony conspire to sell/deliver cocaine, deliver cocaine, sell cocaine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver cocaine and driving with license revoked while impaired.

The Jacksonville Police Department investigated the case and the OCSO Warrant Squad is trying to locate Allen.

Johnny David Medina Jr.

Johnny Medina Jr., 36, is wanted by the OCSO due to charges stemming from an ongoing Drug Enforcement Unit narcotics investigation.

According to the OCSO, Medina has pending charges of sell methamphetamine, deliver methamphetamine, conspire to sell methamphetamine, conspire to deliver methamphetamine and maintain vehicle or dwelling place for controlled substance.

Damein Martinez

Damein Martinez, 46, is wanted on several federal charges.

According to the OCSO, Martinez is wanted for conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute a quantity of methamphetamine, possess with the intent to distribute a quantity of methamphetamine and aiding and abetting.

Cedrick Jerell Mattocks

Cedrick Mattocks, 33, is a registered sex offender and according to the OCSO, is wanted for failing to register his address. He's also wanted in connection to a residential breaking and entering and larceny in the Piney Green area.

Mattocks’ pending charges include felony breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, injury to personal property, second-degree burglary, fail to report new address-sex offender, reckless driving to endanger, hit and run leave scene property damage and felony larceny.

Gene Elwood Moore Jr.

Gene Moore Jr., 46, is wanted by the OCSO after an investigation into the violation and possession of gambling equipment and machines at The Bingo Spot, located at 5527 Richlands Highway in Jacksonville.

According to the OCSO, the investigation began after they received numerous complaints from citizens.

Moore is wanted on the charges of manufacture/sell slot machines, gambling, allow gambling in public house, operate/possess slot machine and operate more than video gaming machines.

Jesse Paul Carr

Jesse Carr, 30, is wanted by the OCSO for failing to report his new address as a sex offender and felony possession of methamphetamine.

His whereabouts are unknown at this time.

Gabriel Demond Watkins

Gabriel Watkins, 45, is wanted by the OCSO for failing to report his new address as a sex offender.

His whereabouts are unknown at this time.

Anise Merched Dowell

Anise Dowell, 28, is wanted by the OCSO for failing to report his new address as a sex offender and felony probation violation.

His whereabouts are unknown at this time.
